Our Return Policy

- Customized items are made to order and are not returnable. In the case of error or defect on our part, we will gladly repair or replace garments purchased at Unique Impressions.
- Stock items that have not been personalized, used, laundered, or worn, and are in their original package/condition may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from date of purchase. Refunds will be offered in the manner in which payment was originally made.
- All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt/packing slip. If no receipt is present, Unique Impressions can only offer store credit/gift card. Please indicate on the receipt whether a return or exchange is desired. Also, please include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions.
- In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for shipping cost back to Unique Impressions as well as outgoing shipping if desired. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No COD returns/exchanges are accepted.
- Returns/exchanges may be made at our retail store location or by US Mail/UPS. Please call ahead so that we may be aware of your return if you intend to send something via UPS or USPS.
